HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Warehouse Supervisor (FT)

    Requirements: 
    • Must have at least 4-6 years of Supervisor and up experience
    • Must have at least 7 years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain management, and or Retail consolidation
    • Must be experienced in WMS, TMS, and Outlook (Synapse experience preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
     
    Job Desc:            
    • Start-up Meeting with Supervisors, Leads, and Floor associates
    • Discuss work distribution and expectations for the day
    • Discuss pending or past due tasks
    • Discuss successes and improvements needed from prior day
    • Coordinate and manage loading / unloading operations by assigning tasks to our crew
    • Work closely with the GM to make sure pickers have enough work throughout the day
      • Labor share other departments
      • Discuss current obstacles and needs (Attendance issues, workflow, etc.)
      • Update Asst. Director every time you need extra help. Lumpers, CSR’s, Clerks, etc. (load shifting, special circumstances, call-offs)
    • Closely coordinate with the floor supervisor to make sure our put away and replenish guys keep up with the daily needs
    • In charge of reporting and coordinating with the different vendors any equipment issues as well any dock / doors problems to make sure the building runs smoothly.
      • MHE breakdowns and maintenance
      • Dock Door and Dock Door Leveler maintenance
      • Audit and file all forklift pre-flight sheets (must be filled in date order)
    • Run daily reports systematically to make sure there are no pallets left behind
    • Identify and resolve any issues on the floor – BE ON THE FLOOR 70% OF THE TIME
      • Operational and Systematic issues of any kind
      • Update GM and Asst. Director via email for small issues. Via phone call for emergencies
    • Enforce policies in place to the warehouse team
      • SAFETY!
        • Seatbelts on equipment
        • Unsafe driving (Speeding)
        • Honk horns at every intersection or blind spot
        • Safety vests must be worn at all times while on the floor
        • No personal phones on the floor (Especially while operating equipment)
    • Collaborate effectively in this cross functional environment with my GM and upper Management
      • Helping with Calls, CSR work, or any dept that needs help or if anyone called off
      • Be available for weekend work if needed
    • Create and Refine current SOPs (Continuous Improvement)
      • Observe current operational functions and refine them to maximize efficiency
      • Create SOPs for new tasks
    • Create Performance reviews for ALL Supervisors and Leads
      • Performance reviews can be done every quarter, bi-annual, and or annually
      • Build a list of expectations for EVERY direct report
    • Measure the daily spend versus the daily revenue
