HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. 50 year established local payroll business is looking for a professional, friendly, well-spoken individual with customer service experience to perform payroll and office administration duties.
Position is full or part-time and involves communicating with and resolving problems for our clients by phone, email, and in person; Payroll data entry; Bookkeeping responsibilities for qualified candidates; Other office responsibilities as needed. Career advancement is possible to someone who is capable, self-motivated, and very reliable.
We are a small and close-knit office in downtown Honolulu. As a service company, it is of utmost importance that the person filling the position makes our clients feel welcomed and cared for.
