Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Homes for Life Foundation (HFLF), a nonprofit housing corporation, is seeking a mental health professional for the position of Program Manager at the HFL Cedar Street Homes Program (an adult residential, state-licensed, service enriched facility and transitional housing program located on the grounds of Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk).
This is a full-time position, requiring flexible hours to include evenings and weekends, if needed for crisis response. Individual must have a Master's Degree with at least 4 years experience working with chronically mentally ill persons in various settings. Experience is also required in delivery of mental health and case management services, and working in collaboration with adjunctive agencies in providing such services for residents, knowledge of community resources, familiarity with vocational rehabilitation, independent living skills training, local housing resources, Community Care Licensing, DMH, SSA, DPSS, Medi-Cal and Medicare guidelines as pertinent to residents of the program.
