FleetForce is hiring full-time Human Resource Generalist in Bradenton, FL.

The HR Generalist will oversee the Human Resources (HR) activities and functions of our organization and enforce company policies and practices.  As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for managing talent acquisition processes, benefits administration, employee relations, and more.

• Assesses and implements HR staffing requirements in line with the strategic growth and direction of the company
• Manages directly or indirectly, personnel engaged in either full-time or part-time support of HR duties throughout the business
• Supports organization by providing human resource counsel and advice on decisions impacting personnel
• Manages and oversees annual benefit programs and renewals consistent with company objectives
• Effectively communicates progress and/or status of HR functional objectives and impact to both internal and external audiences
• Engages in special projects and/or studies as may be required from time to time (e.g., market compensation analyses) in support of business direction
• Establish talent acquisition and retention strategies
• Implement and maintain HR records management practices company-wide

• 4-5 years experience as an HR Professional
• PHR/SHRM certification is highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision but experience to recognize when additional involvement/knowledge is warranted
• Team player that thrives in an ever-changing and challenging environment with the ability and drives to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and analytical skills are all required
• Ability to identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements

We are a fast-paced training facility, which will require you to maintain a positive and professional image and maintain composure under pressure.  Pay rate starting at $60K/annually.
