HR Data Analyst, Sr. jobs in San Francisco, CA

The candidate must possess the following skills and abilities:

• Must be willing to thoroughly learn federal and state drug testing regulations.
• Must have 3-5 years of data management experience including the organising and filing of both physical and digital documents. This position predominantly handles physical documents.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook software applications and have familiarity with using an HRIS system.
• Must possess excellent critical thinking and auditing skills, and the willingness to pay close attention to detail on work related projects.
• Must have exemplary customer service and problem resolution skills. Must be able to take the initiative to establish positive working relationships with the District’s management staff and vendors.
• Must be willing to work collaboratively and be a team player.
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

This can be a temp to hire opportunity for the selected candidate. The candidate will be required to work in the office while training (duration depends on how fast the candidate learns the material) Work hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
