HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     As the Marketing Data Analyst, you will provide information and insights regarding customers, markets, and marketing campaign effectiveness for our Clients. You will work closely with sales and marketing to interpret findings, provide recommendations for future campaigns, develop solutions, and deliver marketing strategies to clients. The ideal candidate will have qualitative and quantitative experience using a variety of statistical and reporting program packages on big data and marketing information system data and the ability to incorporate best practices in data visualization. Additionally, you will:

    • Design, build and deliver client usage and campaign reports in BI tool.
    • Profile and model for campaign solicitation list optimization using statistical hypothesis tests, regression, cluster analysis, and other statistical methods.
    • Evaluate data accuracy, completeness, timeliness and stability, and establish repeatable, sustainable extraction and analytics processes.
    • Mentor and train Junior Analyst.
    • Work with sales and marketing to develop and present solution strategies to address customer needs.
    • Partner with account executives and marketing analysts on any strategies to improve marketing campaign effectiveness.

    To be successful in this role, you should also have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Marketing or Business. Master's degree preferred.
    • 5 years industry related experience in marketing analytics, customer analysis, and business intelligence reporting. Digital marketing experience a plus.
    • 5 years applied experience with R statistical package, SAS, or equivalent.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analytics and campaign insights to clients and executives.
    • Demonstrated ability to write scripts to extract and manipulate data using SQL.
    • Strong business acumen, management, analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Creativity to innovate and create custom analytic solutions for clients.
    • Experience supporting Marketing & Sales teams.
    • Strong expertise with several leading data visualization tools, such as AWS QuickSights and PowerBI.
    • Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics tools, such as A/B testing, statistical inference, and process control analysis (pre/post analysis).
    • Experience in project management and change management principles.
    • Experience designing, administering, and analyzing market research studies and data is a plus.
    • Ability to travel to meet clients and prospective clients (10%).
