Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Remote HR Analyst to support our client, an American drug company, the world's largest producer of medicine and vaccinations for pets and livestock.

Responsibilities:
Maintain overall data quality and integrity across Workday HCM, including data validation and audit requests
Manage project deliverables and milestones, as defined in roadmap
Support resolution of data related issues working in conjunction with internal teams (HR, IT) and external vendors
Collaborate with HR colleagues to understand business requirements and gather information to identify opportunities to better leverage Workday globally
Maintain master data structures in Workday including organizations, locations & more
Support on testing for Workday feature releases for assigned function(s), including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Monitoring and reporting issues for areas of responsibilities
Proactively escalate issues and risks when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Min. of 2-3 years HRIS or HR Operations, at least 1-2 years functional experience in Workday
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of HR business processes and terminology
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Able to handle sensitive and private information in a confidential manner
Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and adhere to deadlines
