HR Data Analyst, Sr. supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst, Sr. implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst, Sr. prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Summary of Job Descriptions


    The HR Data Analyst develops and maintains HR metrics, reports, and analytics. This position is also responsible for HR system administration, data integrity, process efficiency, and HR reporting. The Data Analyst works with the HR team to develop periodic & quarterly reporting & metrics, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed. This job collaborates with and recommends solutions and insights to various HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes


    You’ll get a chance to:


    • Partner with Operations leaders and Field Recruitment leadership to identify data needs and develop actionable insights relative to high volume recruiting and onboarding.

    • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and data integrity of HR systems and reporting tools such as Taleo, Glassdoor, really, LinkedIn, PowerBI, Microstrategy and more.

    • Conduct ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.

    • Collaborate and recommend solutions with various HR team on data and insights.

    • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns to identify HR needs

    • Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and analytic

    Your background & experience:


    • Bachelor’s degree required (Statistics or Computer Programming preferred)

    • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or IS

    • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

    • If hired, successful completion of annual store training.

    • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
