Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. This is a hybrid work role, 3 day a week on site, and 2 days a week working from your home. You MUST live locally in the LA area to qualify! You will join a great team of Healthcare IT professionals as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and use your 5 years of experience in Healthcare Business Systems Analysis to design, develop, test and implement new systems and enhance existing systems. You will create functional design specs, interface with users to gather requirements and be a key team member in implementation, testing, process, improvement, adhering to HIPAA privacy and security standards.
