HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. We are searching for a HR Services & Benefits Analyst to serve as the primary manager of the ShiftMed account which includes communication coordination, issue resolution, metrics reporting, partnering with Central Staffing team on employee relations issues and validating all ShiftMed candidates prior employment to confirm rehire status. Be a member of the Benefits department to support Southcoast Health employees and the Benefits team. Conduct audits to ensure benefits eligibility and enrollments are accurate in the HRIS and with vendor. Manage and maintain accurate billing/premium collection and processing for benefits when applicable, i.e. leave of absence, waiver of premiums, retirees, and others populations as defined. Conduct arrears reconciliations as needed and ensure accurate balances. Assist with applicable compliance related activities, such as, 403(b) EPCRS, Life Event and dependent supporting documentation verification. Be an effective team member and provide high level and professional customer service support to all interactions (team members, HR, Payroll, Leadership, vendors, employees, etc.)
