HR Data Analyst jobs in Idaho

HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking an HR Analyst 3 to join our Talent Solutions team.

     

    Unit/Position SummaryThe HR Analyst 3 is responsible for performing HR administrative work and providing analysis of HR programs and initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Researches and analyzes the most complex HR issues and leads problem resolution; possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
    • Provides day-to-day advice, interpretation, and support to client departments regarding the application of human resources policies, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
    • Collects, analyzes and presents data.
    • Conducts studies, performs research and prepares reports for leadership.
    • Reviews, interprets and recommends policy, process or program improvements; identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Leads the development and assists with the implementation of HR programs and policies.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable rules, regulations and policies.
    • Consults with internal customers regarding the most complex transactions; troubleshoots HR related issues and identifies stakeholders� business needs.
    • Develops, conducts and participates in specialized presentations and training, as appropriate, covering operational and/or technical HR related information for specified area of expertise.
    • May lead, develop and mentor HR staff; may be responsible for hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
    • Experience: 6 years of experience
    • Licenses/Certifications: None

    Preferred Qualifications:

    -Experience with the Cornerstone LMS platform is a plus
