POSITION SUMMARY
Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and guest service information to guests of Prairie's Edge Casino Resort.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Accurately enters guest information in database.
•Issues players cards to guests.
•Ability to work with disgruntled customers maintaining a friendly, professional disposition at all times.
•Accurately enters data into computer database when issuing coupons and/or players club redemptions.
•Knowledgeable in the operation of the kiosk and current promotional programs
•Professionally, courteously, and accurately answer guests questions.
•Market promotions to guests.
•Makes and answers telephone calls for Guest Services and responds professionally and courteously.
•Makes various announcements over the loudspeaker in a clear, pleasant tone.
•Assists with and maintains inventory, direct mailings, telemarketing, and coat check.
