Groupware Specialist oversees the development and deployment of the organization's groupware initiative. Defines business requirements and selects collaborative software to meet these requirements. Being a Groupware Specialist implements hardware or software, troubleshoots, and may train end-users. Typically oversees internet access, document sharing, email or other messaging systems. Additionally, Groupware Specialist coordinates with end-users to define needs or areas for improvement. Ensures that all updates or upgrades are appropriately integrated into existing networks. Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training on groupware systems and makes suggestions regarding future groupware needs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Groupware Specialist typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.     Contract Specialist

    Budderfly, Inc. (Budderfly - www.budderfly.com) is seeking an experienced professional who will review signed contracts for content to ensure the business is complying with all requirements as outlined and work with legal to see customers sign addendums for standard customer changes like relocations or additional sites. This team member will play a critical role by maintaining a library of versions and creating processes to make reporting and compliance as smooth as possible.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Establish, implement, and execute a process to leverage the contact storage library to capture & understand the necessary data elements from each contract.
    • Issue version identifiers for each contract and upload them into our contract storage database.
    • Set up and maintain billing terms and other underlying contract data in the company's billing system.
    • Develop tools and processes to enhance the automated consumption of contract terms in our internal systems.
    • Work with our development team to build business tools and processes that allow us to manage and measure contract details.
    • Work with legal to make sure all contract requirements are met.
    • Enter new customers into the system with all required information.
    • Track and manage all business and cost-related contract detail elements for management and reporting.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in multitasking and functioning in a face-based, quickly evolving environment.
    • A self-starter with the ability to work independently with guidance from senior team members.
    • Capability to build new business practices.
    • Excellent time and project management skills
    • Ability to work across business teams.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or related industry experience.
    • Proven ability to manage new processes and drive change in an organization.
    • Contract Management Experience required.

    • Must possess interpersonal, analytical, oral and written communication skills

    Salary: $70,000.00- $75,000.00
