The Underwriting Assistant will support Underwriters within the Service Center of Excellence through account management activities.
This position exists to provide excellent customer service to the Company's clients while ensuring that policies are processed accurately and efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Supports the Underwriters through account management activities.
Provides customer service to clients.
Provides administrative support to Underwriting staff.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong verbal communication skills, detail orientation, and a motivation to deliver to the customer.
COMPENSATION
The hourly range listed for this position, $21.4626 to $33.8448, is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and / or education.
In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package outlined below.
