Review and analyze loan applications. Perform customer collections by calling customers for missed payments, approving payment arrangements, and defaulting customers to small claims court. Manage pay stations, including a petty cash till and loan till. Assist in growing loan business. Willing to go do deliveries and work on the Rent To Own side. Requires a High school diploma and one year prior experience in customer service and cash handling/money management.
