Group Branch Manager manages the financial and service performance of a defined group of retail branches in a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Additionally, Group Branch Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group Branch Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.   • The Account Manager will be responsible for accelerating the overall customer relationship and experience across EcoWerk’s entire customer base. This is a high visibility position and has career path potential to both sales and other customer facing functions. The ideal individual for this position must have previous experience in taking a customer service from good to great with a proven record employing continuous process improvements across sales and service channels. Additionally, the CRM will join a team that focuses on engaging customers with potential opportunities while exploring avenues to generate additional business through a proactive inside sales approach. The Account Manager maintains EcoWerk’s policies, standards, and practices and ensures adherence to EcoWerks Vision, Mission and Values.

    Key Position Activities:

    • Assist and develop customer relationships across all business lines.
    • Manages the customer experience from onboarding through invoicing.
    • Proactively works with customers to schedule optimal delivery of services.
    • Works closely with Plant Management on scheduling.
    • Participates in special projects and promotional campaigns under direction.
    • Utilizes CRM system to update all activities and related pipeline movement.

    Customer Service in Focus:

    1. Coordinates service windows with Plant Management and customers to ensure minimal queue times for delivery of service by EcoWerk’s operating team.

    2. Ensures that all required supporting documentation is complete and accurate from quote to invoice.

    3. Communicate with customers, as the central contact, for service questions or invoicing concerns.

    4. Assist Management with customer analysis and reporting of metrics and KPI’s.

    CRM Contact Management:

    1. Track all communication and documentation regarding customer-facing emails in CRM (including texts).

    2. Work closely with EcoWerks operations team to update all related contacts not currently recorded in CRM.

    3. Lead campaigns to bring in new customers through participation in team marketing functions.

    Experience and Other

    • Post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
    • 3-5 years proven customer service or inside sales experience in a service industry.
    • Knowledge of customer experience and lifecycle is appreciated.
    • Travel will be limited as this is an Inside Sales Channel. Ability to travel within given sales territory as needed to on certain occasions.
    • Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
    • 2 years of experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce

    Skill Requirements:

    • Proactively engage in natural verbal and written interaction with customers
    • Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company, teamwork.
    • Ability to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting.
    • Computer skills and willingness to share information in our systems (HubSpot, MS Office Suite)
    • Multi-tasking individual who uses project management skills to accomplish goals.
    • Autonomous, self-starter
    • Ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives.
    • Customer service focused.
    • Must react to changing business needs.
    • Attention to detail.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80,000.00 per year
