Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. What you'll do
As the Branch Manager for Strobes-R-US (A Shyft Group Brand) in West Palm Beach, FL, you will be the primary point of contact for the branch, and manage all aspects of the operations of the operations including without limitation the profits and losses of the branch.
You will also be accountable for overseeing all branch activities in the areas of inside sales, purchase order and parts order tracking, warranties, status reporting, customer service, and issues resolution.
