🌳On any given day you will:

• Daily cleaning and emptying of trash cans in all common areas, including but not limited to the leasing office, fitness area, laundry centers, model and “show” units and/or any other areas as designated by the Service Manager.
• Every morning and throughout the entire day, physically walk and inspect the “tour path” to any model or show unit, detailing the entire path which includes sweeping curb lines, removing any trash, debris, cigarette butts, etc.
• Physically walk and inspect property on a daily basis, keeping the property, trash receptacle areas, hallways, common areas, garages and/or parking lots clean, neat and orde Prevent trash or debris from accumulating. Monitor at the beginning of the morning shift and continually throughout the day for trash and debris.
• On a weekly basis or as needed, blow out hallways, breezeways, parking are
• Breezeways, stairwells and light fixtures should be kept clean and free of debris, bugs, cobwebs, etc.
• Maintain building exteriors, amenities, and common areas by cleaning, detailing, pressure washing, painting, etc.
• Assist in overseeing all work associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and organized workshop area free of clutter and debris. Upon completion of a maintenance task, all tools and excess supplies shall be cleaned up and stored properly.
• Participate in inspection of units to determine the need for preventative and restorative repairs.
• Complete any pertinent safety checklists and/or inspections.
• Assist the management and leasing team with occasionally detailing model units, putting out balloons, bandit signs, banners, and delivering resident notices, etc.

• Able to perform at high levels in a fast-paced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, superiors, residents, community service agencies and the public.
• Skilled in communicating with all types of people in a wide variety of situations.

📦Position Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Fulltime experience in janitorial, gardening, grounds maintenance.
• Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull and carry up to 110 pounds. Physical elements of the job may require frequent standing and walking, squatting, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, balancing and carrying.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, personal automobile- preferred
• Willingness to help and work in areas other than grounds, such as maintenance, janitorial, etc.
• Able to work weekends, as needed.
