Satterfield Old Fashioned Grocery is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our iconic store located on Glades Road in Gatlinburg, TN. Our little store offers a unique combination of groceries, indoor and outdoor dining, and an ice cream parlor, providing a nostalgic and delightful shopping and dining experience for both locals and tourists.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in various managerial duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Basic knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking.
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Must embody a positive attitude and passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
