A Helping Hand is a professional childcare company that specializes in providing In-Home Childcare to military and civilian families. Our Helpers (childcare providers) create a nurturing and loving environment at every home they go to. All Helpers are given monthly craft bags which provide supplemental activities for children of all ages.

We are currently seeking In-Home Childcare Helpers in the San Diego, CA area. Responsibilities include caring for, engaging, interacting, and playing with children from newborn to age 17 throughout San Diego County. Helpers have daily opportunities to work, and are paid $20.00 minimum per hour, depending on the number of children being cared for, plus bonuses and tips.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 18 years or older

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Advanced Education relevant to childcare

· Valid Driver’s License and insured with reliable transportation

· Minimum 2 year of professional childcare experience

· CPR BLS First Aid Certification

· Trustline/Live Scan Background Check
