Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various farming tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties:

- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops

- Maintain and repair buildings, and equipment

- Operate power tools and hand tools for various farming tasks

- Irrigate fields and monitor water levels

- Operate and maintain farm machinery

- Perform heavy lifting as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is required

- Knowledge of farming practices and techniques

- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery

- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and long hours of standing or walking

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
