Residential Aid/Direct Support Professional
You will be monitoring up to 6 individuals at night time if working night shift. Individuals are often in rooms after 9 PM. You are simply there to ensure everyone is in compliance with staying in rooms unless otherwise necessary. A nightly log is due at the end of your shift.
