American Metal Specialties in Milwaukie, Oregon is looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Finisher/Grinder in our Finishing Department.

The Finisher / Grinder position is a full-time position. We offer a full benefit package including 100% employer paid medical, dental and life insurance. Dependent coverage, short and long-term disability, AFLAC, and vision is voluntary is at employee cost. 401k, paid holidays and paid vacation round out our benefit package.

Day shift: Monday – Thursday,  6 am – 4:30 pm

$18.00 hr., plus monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.
Shift differential is paid in addition to hourly wage for swing shift.

– NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
– Must be able to utilize grinding techniques where cosmetic finishes are important to the customer.
– Ability to use hand tools needed for finishing sheet metal parts
