VFI Fabrication LLC, a leading metal manufacturing company in Monroe Township, NJ, is seeking a qualified Sanding/Grinding Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sanding and grinding equipment to smooth and finish metal surfaces according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure proper finishing techniques are applied.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a metal fabrication shop environment.
• Proven experience operating sanding and grinding equipment.
• Strong understanding of metal finishing techniques and abrasives.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with machinery is a plus.
