- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of dimensions
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications to perform grinding tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience operating grinders or similar machinery is preferred
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
