Salary: $35,000 - $40,000

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play an essential role in shaping the visual identity of our brands, creating captivating graphics, and contributing to our design initiatives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Art, or a related field is required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

Strong skills in typography, color theory, print, and digital layout.

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of creative projects.

A collaborative team player comfortable with feedback and direction.

Strong problem-solving abilities.
Duties:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be a valuable member of our creative team, contributing to the concept and visual identity of our cannabis/hemp, vape, and alternative-wellness product brands. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and producing brand collateral, print materials, and engaging web content.

Assisting in the development of promotional materials for product launches, trade shows, billboards, and events.

Collaborating with the digital commerce marketing department to guide brand and marketing initiatives.

Participating in the design and production of eye-catching digital and print materials.

Liaising with Senior Graphic Designers, providing updates and suggestions as needed.

Staying current on design best practices and innovative trends.

Assisting in creative projects and collaborating with video and development teams.

Contributing to the design of materials for various projects and brands, including social campaigns, events, and branding collateral.
