SUMMARY
The Graphic Designer Manager is responsible for collaborating across functional teams to execute our omni-channel vision and strategy for both the Tori Richard and Kahala brands. The goal is to clearly articulate the business value behind a new channel, or omni-channel feature and provide requested collateral. The Manager is responsible for curating and procuring the necessary assets to execute the strategic goals and initiatives behind all organization channels. The Manager will ensure that integrating online and offline channels is a daily priority. They will help execute omni-channel initiatives that reflect & demonstrate the company's dedication to cross-channel marketing & embodying a customer-centric focus.
As compelling content is crucial to all aspects of omni-channel marketing and communications, this role will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing. This role supports the development of content for all parts of the Tori Richard Ltd business and brands, and will assist in the establishment and maintenance of effective service level agreements for all customers, both internal and external.
The Manager oversees a department of two graphic designers as well as managing relationships with external partners and suppliers.

This position is accountable for helping shape the public image of the company. This is achieved by managing the company’s perception through brand appropriate imagery and communication, understanding the importance of timing, deadlines, and responding appropriately to a fast-paced environment. The Manager will assist in regularly analyzing and evaluating consumer insights and analytics, deliver innovative marketing campaigns, and provide feedback on how to elevate the customer experience.
