ABOUT THE JOB: The Graphic Design Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating compelling digital and print assets that drive engagement and sales for residential and commercial roofing divisions across various platforms, including social media, email, SMS, web design, advertisements, presentations, and more.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, build, and revise design pieces for print and digital collateral including social media graphics, landing pages, display ads, emails, product sheets, PPT templates, Word templates, infographics, and diagrams.
• Utilize Adobe products, PowerPoint, and Word to communicate ideas that sell, inform, and captivate, creating cohesion across materials regardless of what type of file being produced.
• Interpret the Guy Roofing brand and translate requirements into design for any digital and/or print campaigns.
• Conceptualize and create new promotion and product materials.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality, attention to detail, and on schedule.
• Ensure projects are on-brand and in line with brand guidelines.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Collaborate with marketing team members.
• Collaborate with other departments and work directly with vendors (printers, production, etc.)
• Offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to drive new business opportunities.
• Keep all design files updated and well-organized.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio of your work that displays an ability to follow the brief and think conceptually.
• The ability to clearly communicate the reasons behind design choices.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Ability to own and manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time efficiently.
• Working knowledge of digital, web design, UI/UX, social, print, and product catalog design.
