We are looking for a Marketing Specialist focused on Graphic Design to join our Marketing team at Bridgewater Bank. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in maintaining the visual identity of Bridgewater Bank. This role encompasses the management of various graphic design elements, including advertisements, flyers, invites, marketing collateral and website content. The ideal candidate also possesses a keen understanding of audience-driven communications and showcases the ability to optimize SEO for enhanced online visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create visually appealing designs for advertisements, invitations, and other marketing materials
• Develop and manage marketing collateral, supporting the overall marketing strategy
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines for consistency and distinctiveness
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create visuals that meet Bridgewater’s standards
• Manage the company website day-to-day, focusing on SEO, ADA compliance and content
• Collaborate with web development vendors for technical changes and enhancements
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance the online visibility and search rankings
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes for continuous improvement
• Supports internal communications team with visuals and displays
• Understands the bank’s products, services, and differentiators
• Proactively anticipate and meet workplace needs
• Support the Marketing Department with miscellaneous tasks or event as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field and/or 1-2 years of Graphic Design and Marketing experience.
• Proven track record in graphic design and marketing with diverse portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and basics
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Consistent ability to meet project deadlines efficiently
• Apply previous instructions and feedback to complete new tasks
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and organization skills
• Ability to address a variety of audiences within the organization
• Positive attitude with a self-starter mentality
