A Graphic Design Intern not only has an excellent eye for design, but also a curiosity that propels their work. They must be both technical and creative, using their skills to create a finished product that meets project specifications and brand guidelines. They must also be willing to embrace a procedural mindset within their skillset to produce effective and cohesive materials.

Position Type: Part-time; hourly paid internship
Expected Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, Flexible schedule equivalent to 20 hours/wk. as agreed with management
Internship Duration: 12 weeks/240 hrs. from May 20, 2024 – Aug 9, 2024 (approx. dates)
Degree Track: Must be a registered student working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, digital cameras, and scanners.
Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.
