Grader, Bulldozer, and Scraper Operator jobs in Marietta, GA

Bulldozer Operator’s primary function is to operate Bulldozers grading dirt and aggregate, dressing slopes, pushing pans, operating attachments such as root rakes, stone spreaders, or disk assisting with all aspect of the grading operation. Equipment operators are also expected to assist in the general operation of each job site and to run other equipment as needed.

• Set up and maintenance of erosion control;
• Loading and unloading of materials;
• General clean up around job site;
• Checking and maintaining grade stakes;
• Set up and maintenance of all traffic control aids;
• Operating rollers, articulating dump trucks, tamps, and pans, and any other equipment employee is able to operate;
• Driving pick-ups, flatbeds, water trucks, and sand trucks;
• Maintenance of all equipment and tools.

The above listed duties require periods of standing, walking, stooping and bending. Employee must be able to climb equipment’s ladder to reach the operators seat. Position requires periodic lifting up to 50 pounds. The job duties described herein are not exhaustive and may be supplemented.
