    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Filing (All Orders & PO’s) within Teams
    • Process billing for ship tickets and direct ships
    • Calculate freight for Incoming shipments.
    • Credits (Returns)
    • Vendor Returns

    · Process Freight Detail Report.· PO Reconciliations in Integra· Work with the warehouses to create the necessary shipment documents when shipments are ready.

    · Monitor and track scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed and update the required and expedite dates in system.· Manage Proofs of Delivery and Proof of freight where required by the customer.

    • Work on pulling necessary MTR’s, documenting for each project based on requirement and then file in teams and update in Tessalink.
    • Continue to research and learn about all the company’s products and services.
    • Special assignments/projects (Branch Manager & Outside Sales Representative)
    • Customer Service Skills

    Education/Experience: High school diploma or G.E.D.: 2 years or more admin experience a plus

    Language Ability:

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Math Ability:
