JOB DESCRIPTION
The Contract Manager will administer, extend, and/or negotiate standard and nonstandard contracts as well as be self-motivated and have the ability to handle urgent situations. This position will require a candidate who can positively influence team members in order to maximize their efforts toward achieving program goals.
Job Purpose:
The Contract Manager ensures compliance to all Federal Government contractual regulations and audit requirements. The Contract Manager serves as the principal advisor to the Contract organization regarding the legal and contractual compliance aspects of customer documents as well as overseeing the execution of customer audit procedures. This position will require a candidate who can positively influence team members in order to drive a high level of compliance for company-wide contract obligations.
