Position Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager maintains
and expands
relationships with strategically important customers. The
individual is primarily responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic
account objectives. The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products
and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning
cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
The individual will act as the primary liaison and solutions
consultant between iTi and its potential and existing customers. The Account Manager
develops and maintains quality relationships that enable aggressive growth. Utilizing
innovative thinking, passion for customer service, relationship building skills,
and is also responsible for identifying and leading customers smoothly through the
solutions cycle to a successful close.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring professional
ethics are never compromised and comply with company and regulatory policies and
procedures. The individual should always act with the highest degree of honesty
and integrity. Models and acts in accordance with iTi’s mission, vision and core

50% Responsible for achieving sales targets and strategic account
objectives for assigned customers.
· Leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring
assigned customers’ needs and
· expectations are met by the company.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume
and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
· Establish and maintain a strong ongoing customer
relationship across all levels of influence ensuring the customer sees the Account
Manager as a valued resource and strategic partner.
· Coordinates the involvement of company personnel,
including support, service, operations and
· management resources, in order to meet account performance
objectives and customers’ expectations.
· Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account
planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets,
and critical milestones for one to three-year period.
· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer
needs on an ongoing basis.
· Leads solution development efforts that best address
customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
30% Responsible for developing new customers and achieving new
customer sales targets for assigned market segments.
· Lead the assigned market segment strategic planning
cycle to ensure new client acquisition
· targets are delivered on a consistent basis.
· Deliver new sales volume targets by developing key
market segment tactical execution plans.
· Supports the implementation of marketing and sales
programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote iTi’s key messages and achieve
a competitive advantage in market place.
10% Responsible for market research and understanding industry
trends and associated customer needs of assigned market segments
· Assess market opportunities, understand the competitive
climate within defined markets and
· market segments to provide appropriate solutions
and services.
· Understand customer’s economic and other motivational
drivers and customer values for each level of influence.
· Demonstrate industry and market knowledge, and implement/execute
an engagement model for addressing current and potential customers in assigned market
segments.
10% Be the voice of the customer and internal champion for the
customer in developing new products and services.
· Keeps informed off and informs the leadership and
operations team on current trends, issues,
· problems and activities in order to facilitate policy/product
making and strategy development.
· Educate ITI organization, teach internal stakeholders
specifics about market trends and competitive landscape that they need to know and
market internally to create interest and enthusiasm.
· Participate in all internal sales, marketing and
product development meeting and ensure that customer needs are being incorporated
into all new and existing products and services.
