Job Summary
Responsible for development and implementation of specific tactics to achieve results for defined marketing and public affairs strategies for CAMC, its service lines and supporting entities.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Effectively work with project contacts to develop campaign objectives, conceptualize products, establish timelines for project flow, and manage the marketing budget.
2. Commit to quality and accuracy of all work produced, both personally and contracted, with strict attention to CAMC 's graphic standards and approval processes.
3. Interpret market research for utilization in the development of creative strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
4. Responsible for the management of project execution, which may include design, layout, copywriting, supervising and coordinating production and delivery of the campaign.
5. Serve as a marketing representative to CAMC administrative personnel during new project development, budget preparation, and overall marketing plan development.
7. Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms, and assist with monitoring social media channels and responding to inquiries.
6. Maintain complete and accurate files of all projects to include dollars spent, details of project components (i.e., printer, agency, etc.), results of tracking mechanisms, and other pertinent information.
7. Favorably represent CAMC to vendors, media, and advertising solicitors to effectively maximize impact of marketing dollars.
8. Attend meetings, conferences and community activities on behalf of CAMC as necessary.

Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
Masters Level Degree preferred

5-7 years successful marketing/advertising experience
Preferred 3 years health care related marketing experience
Computer Skills required for this position
Basic PC Skills, including Microsoft suite of Word and Excel
Minimum Requirement Comments
Strong communication skills, along with proven copywriting skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; extensive experience conducting client relationships, managing multiple projects, coordinating production schedules and budgets, while maintaining high productivity. Knowledge of social media platforms is required.
