    Government Sales Representative: Derstine's has an excellent remote Government Sales Representative opportunity for a sales professional with experience selling to local, state and federal governments.

    Job Summary: As a GSA (General Services Administration) Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to sell products to government agencies and other GSA customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This unique opportunity offers 100% commission as positive gains are shared with the sales consultant, unlimited earning potential with no cap on maximum pay.

    Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell products to government agencies and other GSA customers.
    • Generate new leads and build relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
    • Collaborate with third-party consultants to ensure the growth and maintenance of GSA products.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials to present to potential customers.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts with government agencies and other GSA customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
    • Attend trade shows and other industry events to network and stay informed about new developments in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in GSA sales or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Require knowledge and experience of GSA contracts, schedules, and regulations.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
