Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance
- Assist customers with their purchases, including cash handling and processing transactions through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote products

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with experience in jewelry sales, wireless sales, or technology sales preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Cash handling experience and proficiency in operating a POS system
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
