Glass Cutter/Finisher jobs in Oregon
Glass Cutter/Finisher operates automatic equipment that burns, scores, and breaks continuous sheets of glass into specific lengths. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Glass Cutter/Finisher may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Glass Cutter/Finisher relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will
- Repair and replace auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques
- Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements
- Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
- Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
- Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
- Perform all other duties as assigned
You will need
- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
