Civil/Geotechnical Engineer Location: Fort Collins, Colorado

Working on diverse projects related to mine closure, water resources, and infrastructure. This role involves providing essential support to senior staff, requiring strong written and oral communication skills, with occasional travel for temporary assignments.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will engage in various tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting geotechnical field investigations, involving CPT data collection
• Installation and monitoring of instrumentation
• Analysis of failure modes and stability assessments for Tailings Storage Facilities
• Development of mine closure plans
• Civil and Geotechnical design and layout
• Anticipated involvement in Construction Management

Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred
• F.E. certification required; P.E. certification expected within 4 years of hire
• 0-4 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in analyses related to CPT data, slope stability, infiltration/seepage, deformation analyses, and geo-civil analyses and design
