Description:

An environmental and geotechnical engineering firm is seeking an entry-to mid-level Project Engineer.

Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) certification is strongly preferred, Georgia Professional Engineer (P.E.) license a HUGE plus. Prefer candidates with a background in civil or geotechnical engineering. The position will be based in our Canton, Georgia office with opportunities to work remotely.

Tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Assistant PM Duties - Project and budget management
• Client interfacing
• Analyzing and interpreting analytical data
• Technical report writing
• Proposal preparation & business development
• Design review
• Overseeing project-based construction materials testing
• Subcontractor oversite

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field; Master's degree a plus

• Willingness to travel in order to complete assignments
• Ability to work outdoors and in certain weather conditions, as needed to visit job sites
• Big PLUS - E.I.T. certificate
• Preferred: Georgia P.E license
