Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing faulty equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Yard maintenance, Mowing, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, sawing trees and or branches.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- some electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with staff and tenants
