We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled maintenance workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and functionality of our personal watercraft slips and surrounding facilities. Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks on boat slips, docks, and related infrastructure.

- Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues as they arise to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Assisting with general maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and janitorial duties to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the resort.

- Collaborating with other team members and management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions effectively.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right individuals who demonstrate the willingness to learn and grow with our company.
