Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team. As a General Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Assist in supervising and training junior maintenance staff

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Experience with logic controllers is preferred
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities

Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Ability to supervise and train junior maintenance staff
