Join our construction team as a Construction & Maintenance Laborer. . We are seeking individuals who are passionate about construction & Maintenance and eager to contribute to our projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with various construction & maintenance tasks under the guidance of skilled workers and or supervisor.

- Load and unload construction materials

- Operate power tools and hand tools as needed

- Perform cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment

- Support carpenters, electricians, plumbers, welders, concrete formers, and other tradespeople as required

- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

- Handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.

- Communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

- Work well independently and with a team.

- Know construction math skills, including how to convert quantities, take measurements, and solve basic equations.

-OTHER DUTIES AS NEED IT ASSIGNED BY THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGEMENT TEAM.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred

- Ability to follow instructions accurately

- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment

- Knowledge on concrete forming, plumbing, welding, HVAC techniques.

- Capability to operate heavy equipment safely

- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks on the job

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of manual labor in a construction setting
