Ideal candidate should be able to work with Maintenance
Supervisor and coworkers having basic knowledge of carpentry,
plumbing, lawn care and some electrical work. Ability to work, operate and maintain small equipment.
Candidate will be responsible to take direction on the
maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities
and grounds. Must be able to complete projects in a timely
and proficient manner. Communicate effectively with owners
