General Maintenance Worker maintains, services, and conducts minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, or plastering. Being a General Maintenance Worker assists maintenance engineers and other workers with their tasks. Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures. Additionally, General Maintenance Worker may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The General Maintenance Worker works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Description:
Day to Day maintenance for a Boat Club and Resort. Everyday will be different projects could be renovating properties, repairing docks, building new features, repairing vehicles, and anything and everything in between. Any skillset and/or experience is a plus but a hardworking mentally is necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs
Must be able to show up on time
Must be hardworking
