    As a Maintenance Worker, your duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Landscape installation and maintenance.
    • Inspecting buildings, appurtenant structures, and equipment for needed repairs.
    • Conducting preventative and routine maintenance and repairs on various structures, facilities, and equipment.
    • Building small structures and replacing deteriorated sections of existing structures.
    • Conducting maintenance and repairs on walkways, concrete platforms, and around existing masonry structures.
    • Installing and maintaining exterior siding, roofing, and trim materials.
    • Performing routine electrical maintenance tasks such as replacing light switches and fixtures, changing light bulbs; assisting electrician when pulling wire through conduit, installing electrical boxes, etc.
    • Monitoring water filtration system components in accordance with prescribed schedules.
    • Identifying major equipment malfunctions and reporting such issues to management.
    • Following instructions to ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety standards.
    • Completing and maintaining technical documentation, work records and reports.
    • Performing other related duties as assigned.

    • Nature of work requires the physical strength and endurance to push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, walk, stand, crawl, and kneel; ability to work overhead and at heights.
    • May be subject to wearing a respirator and an air sampling monitor while performing certain duties.

    Qualifications

    How You Will Be Evaluated

    You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

    Category rating and selection procedures will be used to evaluate applications from this announcement.
