POSITION AVAILABLE
General Maintenance: Summary of duties and responsibilities

· Repair and maintain industrial machinery

· Keep up maintenance on plant buildings, equipment, and grounds

· Test out machinery

· Complete necessary maintenance paperwork and reports

· Must be able to climb up onto and underneath machinery

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs. above head

· Must be able to Install new machines

· Operates rider-type industrial forklift to pick up, move, and position all kinds of materials

· Hands-on mechanical skills a plus
EDUCATION
We are looking to enhance and develop your natural mechanical abilities. As a member of our maintenance department, you will expand your skill sets in carpentry & repair, light plumbing tasks, and forklift maintenance & light repair. In addition, you will learn hands-on troubleshooting and repair techniques for the machines involved in our plastic manufacturing facility. You will also receive extensive safety training, teaching you how to safely operate the tools and machines found at our manufacturing plant. You will also become trained in forklift operation and the techniques of various types of welding.
