General Maintenance Worker jobs in Decatur, IL

Looking for quality individuals who have vast knowledge in their toolbox. There are no "typical" days here on the maintenance side of things. You could be setting a toilet, installing a ceiling fan, hanging drywall, cleaning out property, installing a tub surround, demoing property, to possibly fixing windows. We maintain over 800 units and are still growing. Area of service include: Springfield, Chatham, Auburn, Pleasant Plains, Taylorville, Kincaid, Jacksonville, and Decatur. We do have some lawn care positions as well and do take care of snow removal in the winter months. This job demands troubleshooting tasks upon arrival and at times can be very stressful. Simple computer knowledge will be taught how to log your hours to get paid. Pay is based on experience 20-30 dollars an hour. We have a great crew now and would love to add more qualified folks.
