- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and high voltage equipment
- Experience in facilities management, including managing maintenance schedules and budgets
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Ability to perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed
